Designed and ran a special one-week professional development workshop on Pension Funds : A strategic approach to investment for the Managing Director, Board Members and senior staff of the National Social Security Fund. As well as looking at various models for pension funds and at technical aspects of investment strategy, the group worked on their organisational strategy and governance of the Fund, and how best to work together as a Board.
