Designed and delivered a programme on Activity Based Budgeting for the Uganda Revenue Authority. Introduced participants to examples of best practice in Activity Based Budgeting, provided a practical guide to ABB methodology and included visits to key UK organisations implementing ABB. Funded by the Uganda Revenue Authority.
