Designed a programme on job evaluation for a team from the Personnel Management Department of the Office of the President. The programme was specifically adapted to help the Gambian team to introduce a revised job evaluation, pay and grading system that PAI consultants developed as part of a consultancy project previously undertaken in Banjul. Funded by the World Bank.
