Organised a study tour to the UK for ten senior participants from Bulgaria, including the Deputy Minister of State Administration, the Executive Director of the Institute of Public Administration, the Director of Strategic Planning from the Council of Ministers, and Human Resource Directors from a number of Ministries. Focussed on selecting and developing the UK Senior Civil Service and included sessions with the Cabinet Office, the National School of Government, the Civil Service Selection Board, HM Revenue and Customs and the Departments of Health, and of Work and Pensions. Funded by DFID.
