As part of our DFID funded project on Public Sector Reform for the Government of the Republic of Armenia, designed and arranged two study programmes for Armenian government officials to visit Estonia, to examine civil service legislation and its implementation, and Hungary, where participants were briefed about structural reforms and efficiency programmes.
