Assignment to provide specialist governance advice to the DFID Central Asia Programme, in particular to its governance component. Advice included oversight of work in the Kyrgyz Republic and in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as contributing to the design and business planning process for the new three-year programme in Stability and Democracy.
