Developed a methodology and conducted a gap analysis in the justice and home affairs sector covered by the Comprehensive Institution Building programme. Designed to increase the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Ministry of Justice (MoJ), Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), State Migration Service (SMS), State Border Service (SBS) and the Labour Migration Department under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. Aimed to enhance efficiency, enforcement of human rights and fundamental freedoms and the overall system of rule of law and to support the process of negotiating, implementing and sustaining the commitments made during the negotiations on the Visa Facilitation and Readmission Agreement.
