We’re very pleased to be able to welcome back members of the Board and staff of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). We have organised a retreat for the Board and senior staff of the Agency, based in Southampton, one of the UK’s major port cities. The focus of this tailored programme is on governance and effective leadership and it includes sessions on Board and personal development, strategy development and engaging with stakeholders. |The group is also visiting the Warsash Maritime Academy at Solent University in Southampton and the International Maritime Organisation in London.
