Two of our consultants, Professor Pablo Branas-Garza and Professor Diego Jorrat, were key speakers at a seminar on Serving Citizens Better held recently in North Macedonia. They shared their expertise in behavioural economics and behavioural insights (often referred to as “nudge theory”) and how these approaches can be used to improve policy formulation and policy development. The seminar was part of the Advanced Leadership in Politics Institute seminar series for young politicians and civil society leaders and was run in partnership with the International Republican Institute with funding from USAID.
