PAI is a member of a consortium led by IBF which has recently been awarded a contract under Lot 9 of the EC framework contract “Services for EU’s External Action” (SEA 2023). The objective of this framework contract is to provide a contractual tool that can mobilise rapidly through specific contracts the expertise required to assist European Commission departments in implementing their policies.
We are looking for consultants who are interested in opportunities available under this framework contract within the thematic areas of Lot 9 – “Democracy, Human Rights, Rule of Law, Gender Equality and Human Rights Based Approach”. The areas of expertise required include:
- Public administration reform and organisational development of public institutions
- Reinforcement of the rule of law and administration of justice
- Support to democratisation and elections
- Human rights and human rights-based approach
- Gender equality and women’s empowerment.
