We are providing support to the Government of Montserrat in managing Phase 2 of the Government’s Public Service Reform Programme. It is funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and runs until December 2015. The Programme is focussed on the strengthening policy and strategic management, improving service delivery, public finance and economic management and human resource management and development.
