One our evaluation consultants, Rob Watson, has recently completed an evaluation of the Commonwealth Secretariat’s Democracy Programme (2013 to 2017). The evaluation study rated the Commonwealth Secretariat as a highly valued partner for Commonwealth countries. Our recommendations, based on a thorough review of documents, interviews and meetings, survey results and face-to-face meetings in selected member countries, were discussed at a final workshop, held at Marlborough House, London, headquarters of the Secretariat. The workshop was chaired by the Secretary General, Baroness Patricia Scotland.
