Welcome to our team of senior civil servants and Ministerial advisors from the Government of Macedonia. We’ve been invited by our partner organisation, the Centre for Change Management (Macedonia), to arrange a special workshop focussing on performance management, capability reviews and performance improvement in the public sector. The programme is part of a wider public administration reform project funded by the UK Embassy in Skopje.
